Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives for our B2B international digital partners, while also overseeing business analytics. This role is critical in driving growth through paid media campaigns, tracking key business performance metrics, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
This position will work closely with internal teams and external partners (ex. Zalando, Amazon, Farfetch, China e-commerce) to optimize marketing investments, analyze business performance, and identify growth opportunities across both our wholesale and marketplace digital channels.
The position holds responsibility for developing and tracking the effective implementation of the yearly marketing budget for the team.

Performance Marketing & Brand Activation:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Optimize ad spend and improve ROAS and conversion rates through continuous testing and refinement.
- Ensure a balance between direct-response performance marketing and brand-building initiatives, ensuring campaigns drive both short-term sales and long-term brand equity.
- Collaborate with internal brand teams to align digital marketing initiatives with brand identity and storytelling.
- Work closely with relevant partners to maximize marketing effectiveness.
Marketing Campaign Analytics & Optimization:
- Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance across digital channels to assess effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop BI reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis to improve conversion rates.
- Provide strategic recommendations to optimize digital marketing investments based on data insights.
- Present findings and key performance updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency on campaign success.
Business Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Be the subject matter expert on business performance data, including sell-in/sell-thru, inventory levels, and revenue tracking.
- Analyze overall sales trends, pricing, and inventory data to provide actionable business insights.
- Develop forecasting models for sales, stock levels, markdowns, and margins to optimize decision-making.
- Partner with finance, planning, operations, and brand teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, passionate about digital growth, and experienced in performance marketing, campaign effectiveness measurement, and business intelligence.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or business analytics.
- Relevant experience working with major e-commerce platforms in Europe. China and APAC experience is a plus.
- Experience working with e-commerce performance data (sell-thru, inventory, pricing analysis, etc.)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI) for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
