Summary

The role of the Demand Planning Coordinator is crucial in supporting the entire demand planning team in the execution of key deliverables. This collaborative role will support areas such as the S & OP cycle, KPI generation, master data management, purchasing and reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all monthly demand review power point templates to ensure all demand planners are working with a consistent and aligned presentation
  • Generate and track key metrics such as forecast accuracy, consumption versus demand and unshipped orders on a monthly basis and populate into the correct business unit template
  • Ensure the timely and accurate input of data into the ERP and demand planning systems to support the creation of demand plans
  • Assist the demand planners with checks and balances to ensure all system outputs are accurate
  • Maintain master data within the systems, including areas such as item setups, style status and pricing
  • Manage the tracking of all purchases made by the demand planning team
  • Own the purchasing of non-product packaging items in order to support the plan revenue within the demand plan
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on forecasts, sales performance and inventory levels on non-product packaging items
  • Support the demand planning team with reporting needs for key stakeholders
  • Support the demand planning team with process documentation to be used as training manuals for new team members
  • Manage system updates for all direct to consumer assortments

Requirements

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with a focus on deadlines and deliverables
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word experience a must
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to cross-functionally work with a diverse team.
  • Ability to constantly evolve processes with an eye towards process documentation
