About the role as Paid Social Coordinator:
The global Timex DTC team is seeking to hire an experienced digital marketer looking for an opportunity to drive innovation and growth in digital advertising. If you are passionate about customer focused marketing and leveraging technology to optimize digital media touchpoints throughout the customer journey, this is the role for you.
As the Paid Social Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our paid media creative and messaging to our customers, including both performance media and branding initiatives. You will drive advancements in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Timex Group.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in defining messaging strategy, planning, and lead briefings of paid media creative assets for social, video, audio and display platforms
· Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Production teams to request digital creative assets and launch into market
· Work hand in hand with merchandising team to calendarize paid media support for new product launches, best seller replenishment and overall stock positions
· Assist paid social lead with managing paid campaigns within key platforms with a focus on creative execution and campaign set up (Meta, TikTok, Snap)
· Work with external agencies, vendors, and publishers when applicable
· Partner with Analytics to develop data driven insights and actions to inform future paid media campaigns’ messaging strategies
· Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, identify new and emerging advertising opportunities, and influence innovation
· Key partner in evolution of Timex media: creative testing, influencer/UGC content and advanced reporting
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing within an agency or retail organization
· Experience in paid media (social, SEM, display, etc.)
· Experience in digital media planning and buying preferred
· Experience creating paid media creative briefs and coordinating asset delivery
· Analytical mindset & the ability to drive actionable insights from numbers
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Experience leading direct reports, cross-functional teams, and/or vendor relationships
· Occasional travel involved
