The Role

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our retail location and bring The Tie Bar experience to life. As the face of the brand in-store, you’ll create a welcoming, service-driven environment where every customer leaves feeling confident and inspired.

This is a hands-on leadership role and perfect for someone who loves developing people, driving results, and building community through great style. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, meticulous about execution, and motivated by both the art and science of retail.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve store sales and productivity goals.

  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects The Tie Bar’s modern, approachable style.

  • Recruit, hire, and develop associates to provide personalized service and drive customer loyalty.

  • Take ownership of visual merchandising and ensure all displays and presentations align with seasonal direction and brand standards.

  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, daily readiness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Analyze sales trends and product performance to inform inventory decisions and maximize sell-through.

  • Partner with our Made-to-Measure and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless client fittings, accurate measurements, and timely communication.

  • Oversee inventory flow, including receiving, restocking, and return-to-warehouse procedures.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail.

  • A natural leader who motivates through example and fosters a positive, inclusive environment.

  • Skilled in team development, goal-setting, and accountability.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experienced in merchandising, visual execution, and inventory management.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment

  • A genuine passion for men’s style and helping others look their best.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day (excluding breaks).

  • Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs and perform general store maintenance.

  • Comfortable using ladders and walking stairs as needed.
