Overview of Responsibilities

  • Owns Social Media Channels, Community Management, and Analytics for the brand
    • Monitors social media channels for industry trends
    • Reviews analytics and uses data to inform the social media strategy
    • Collaborates with the team to create a social media calendar
    • Creates an active social media presence to boost brand awareness and recognition

Social Media:

  • Plan, design, implement the social media content calendar
  • Strong collaboration skills with the internal team and the ability to proactively follow up as needed to maintain content and plans.
  • Create campaign plans and marketing stories for key business objectives including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments.
  • Stay current with emerging social media tools, platforms, and trends in the competitive landscape. Share learnings and best practices with the wider team.
  • Impeccable time management skills. Strong ability to multitask and to track & follow up as necessary. This includes reacting quickly to requests from the team and prioritizing current tasks.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and complete tasks with urgency.
  • Improve the content experience by leveraging channel-specific creative strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
  • Play a key role in our influencer marketing efforts by identifying potential partners, relationship building, and reposting influencer content.

Community Management:

  • Excellent social listening skills.
  • Engage users by responding to direct messages, organizing giveaways, responding to comments, asking questions, and cultivating relationships.
  • Follow relevant influencers and engage with them to increase brand awareness on their channels and establish an ongoing relationship


  • Understand KPIs and define them specifically for social media
  • Continuously evolve our channels and content strategy through analysis of data to understand what’s working and what's not working.
  • Competitor analysis

Platform knowledge:

  • Google Analytics
  • Asana for project management
  • Slack for internal communication
  • Native analytics tools on Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc
  • Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe creative suite
  • Influencer marketing platforms
  • Dashlane for password management
