The Digital Stronghold is targeting additional brands for acquisition, allowing us to reach new customers based on taste, style, and product assortment, to drive growth and share of the market. The Senior Manager of Paid Search will sit within a shared services organization at The Digital Stronghold and be responsible for leading the paid search strategy and execution for Taylor Stitch, The Tie Bar, Boston Scally, & Pedal Mafia. They will also be responsible for supporting any additional brands we may acquire.
About the Role: Senior Manager of Paid Search:
To reach our next phase of growth, The Digital Stronghold is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Paid Search to own the strategy and execution of paid search channels across all four of our brands. This role will report directly to the VP of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-growth, multi-brand environment where you will have end-to-end ownership of paid search, with the ability to drive significant impact on customer acquisition and profitability. The role offers growth potential into new channels, including YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own and execute the paid search strategy across Google, Bing, and YouTube (if experienced, or with growth potential).
· Drive profitable customer acquisition through data-driven campaign management.
· Develop, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across all brands, focusing on Shopping Ads, Dynamic Search Ads, and Search Text Ads.
· Manage product feeds, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with best practices.
· Utilize advanced tactics like Auction-Time Bidding, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
· Plan, implement, and measure A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
· Monitor daily performance, ensuring campaigns meet budget, VCM, and efficiency goals.
· Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the broader marketing team.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with brand leads and creative teams to align campaigns with marketing calendars and promotional strategies.
· Identify opportunities for growth and optimization, including keyword expansion, bid adjustments, ad creative testing, and landing page improvements.
· Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep our paid search strategies innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of hands-on paid search marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
· Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads, with a deep understanding of Shopping Ads, dynamic campaigns, and feed management.
· Proven track record of driving profitable customer acquisition through paid search.
· Experience with YouTube Ads is preferred but not required.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Experience in budget management and strategic allocation of marketing spend.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
