Paid Social Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Paid Social Specialist to manage a growing portfolio of Meta ad accounts. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Meta ad strategies and have hands-on experience managing campaigns across other digital platforms. Candidates with expertise in additional platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) are encouraged to highlight their experience. This role will report to the Director of Paid Social and will work across a subset of The Digital Stronghold brands.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the Paid Social Director to implement digital media strategies and paid social campaigns.
● Optimize Meta ad campaigns daily, focusing on improving ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and other performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on profitability.
● Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights, actionable recommendations, and weekly KPIs.
● Continuously develop and implement advanced conversion optimization tactics.
● Manage and optimize paid social accounts across multiple channels, ensuring high-performing campaigns and efficient ad spend.
● Create detailed campaign plans and manage execution from start to finish, including budgeting, bidding, and audience targeting.
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives tailored to each platform and audience.
● Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
● Develop new ad strategies and campaigns across various platforms, continuously seeking growth opportunities.
● Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
● Maintain strong relationships with ad platform representatives, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, specifically within Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ad platforms.
● Proven ability to optimize ad accounts for performance, including feed optimization for Shopping Ad formats.
● Expertise in using Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with pixels, tracking, and reporting tools.
● Strong understanding of campaign attribution, audience targeting, and funnel-based advertising strategies.
● Demonstrated experience in preparing reports that translate complex data into clear insights and next steps.
● Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong collaboration skills, working across teams to support strategic initiatives.
● Experience owning paid social at a DTC business.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms is a plus.
● Familiarity with A/B testing, data analytics, and competitor ad analysis.
