It allows fans with tickets they can no longer use to recoup part of the money they’ve spent and fans that didn’t have the chance to buy tickets during the on-sale, to access them at any time. The opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team and support the Business Development and Key Account Management (KAM) functions. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow within the business development space, gain exposure to the sports and entertainment industry, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key supporting role in helping us identify opportunities, maintain relationships with partners, and contribute to the success of key events.

Responsibilities:

● Assist the BD and KAM team in identifying top events and market opportunities.

● Support the onboarding and relationship management of key sellers.

● Collaborate with senior team members to ensure quality inventory (coverage, ticket options, pricing).

● Help monitor event performance and seller activity, including competitor benchmarking.

● Perform basic data collection and reporting to support business forecasting and performance analysis.

● Support internal coordination across teams (e.g. operations, pricing, content) to ensure accurate event setup and listings.

● Assist in gathering feedback from suppliers to help improve services and tools.

● Stay informed on trends and developments in the music and sports events landscape.

Requirements:

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a commercial role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of online marketplaces or e-commerce.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and reports.

• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

• Interest in the sports and/or music industry is a strong advantage.
