The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a fast learner with a proactive mindset, initiative, and a strong desire to be self-sufficient and self-taught. You will be responsible for optimizing our affiliate program, maintaining relationships with affiliates, and conducting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Control and manage the affiliate program, ensuring all affiliates are informed of events, updates, and performance metrics.
• Perform administrative duties related to affiliate management, including tracking performance, invoicing, and compiling reports.
• Analyze data using tools to monitor affiliate performance and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Think outside the box to develop innovative strategies for affiliate recruitment and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in sports and music events, to better serve our affiliates and enhance our offerings.
• Utilize certain technical skills to assist in the execution and optimization of affiliate campaigns. Knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or affiliate management is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms like Tradedoubler and Impact or similar platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar.
• Experience with invoice management tools like NetSuite or similar.
• Knowledge of traffic tools such as Similarweb, SEMrush, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with affiliates and team members. The job is 100% in English.
• Ability to think critically and creatively to solve challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of the sports and music event industries is a strong plus.
