StubHub International (SHI) is a marketplace that provides fans a safe, transparent, and trusted environment to buy and sell tickets for sport and music events all over the world. It allows fans with tickets they can no longer use to recoup part of the money they’ve spent and fans that didn’t have the chance to buy tickets during the on-sale, to access them at any time. The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join our Product team based in Spain and reporting directly to the Head of Product, This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of product managers and designers, and partner closely with engineers and other stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather insights and analyse data to identify our users’ pain points (buyers and sellers) and our areas of business opportunity, working closely with our UX design team
  • Help develop a clear product strategy and roadmap based on those findings and that aligns with the company strategy
  • Lead one or more product teams to deliver on this roadmap
  • Continuously measure success against agreed KPIs and iterate if necessary
  • Work closely with stakeholders and leadership to stay aligned on strategic direction and to provide ongoing visibility on progress
  • Help evangelise product-driven methodologies throughout the company

Requirements:

  • You put the customer first in everything you do and understand how to solve customer problems while serving business needs
  • You have direct experience with e-commerce and/or marketplaces
  • Ideally someone with both B2C and C2C product experience
  • Someone with a strong interest in user and market research
  • Ideally experienced with API-first thinking and integrations or in fulfilment
  • Testing is in your DNA
  • A Product leader with a “scrappy mindset” - you love moving fast!
  • You have a deep understanding of metrics and how to use data to make hard decisions and drive focus
  • You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach. You understand that we don’t win unless the team wins, and you leave ego out of it.
  • You have experience working with agile product development teams
  • You have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, ideally both in English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of product management experience with proven track record of improving your customers’ experiences
  • Good technical acumen, with ideally a degree in computer science
