About You:

You possess a solid background managing media across paid search and paid social channels and know how to leverage analytics to make informed marketing decisions. You are comfortable collaborating on strategy and carrying out operations for large-scale, performance based paid media programs. The role requires a data-driven mindset to understand, support and analyze high volume paid media campaigns with the goal to improve KPIs and drive profitability. You work well with teams, are open-minded and curious, a strong problem solver, and enjoy analyzing data to understand a campaign’s potential.

  • Location: 100% Remote.
  • Base Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).
  • Annual Bonus: eligible for 10% of base salary.


  • Core focus includes daily in-platform execution and management of Google, Microsoft Ads & Meta ads programs, concentrating on shopping ads (Pmax) and product feed optimization.
  • Manage paid social campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Assist with media strategy from a broader, cross-channel perspective; determine appropriate budget shifts and structural changes based on performance and assess wider business impact.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, monitor performance and measure results.
  • Compile compelling analysis, proposals, and presentations with the ability to articulate findings in a way that is digestible to broader audiences, particularly at executive levels.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business Stakeholders, Merchandising, BI, etc. as part of strategic planning and facilitating broader projects.
  • Proactively seek out and stay up to date on latest industry news & trends.
  • Work closely with media partners to collaborate on strategic initiatives, acquire competitive insights, access beta opportunities, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of relevant Search Engine Marketing work experience.
  • 2+ years’ work experience within DTC eCommerce businesses with large product catalogs & data feeds.
  • Advanced proficiency using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms with a deep understanding of feed-based marketing fundamentals (Shopping Ads).
  • Core skillset in paid search campaign construction, keyword research, ad copy writing & A/B testing, with the ability to implement optimizations at scale.
  • Hands-on experience operating within Facebook Ads Manager; Pinterest ads experience a plus.
  • Experience within eCommerce home goods sector a plus.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional technical and organizational skills, with advanced attention to detail.
  • Thorough understanding of audience marketing & purchase funnel strategies; retargeting experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint – for reporting and presentations.
  • Solid experience navigating & interpreting web analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics) is required; heavy focus on data measurement.
