About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support our Decorative Finishes brands (American Tin Ceilings, Baseboarders, Reggio Registers, and Trueform Concrete) within the larger Renovation Brands portfolio. This position will provide analytical support to the Decorative Finishes General Manager, other Operational leaders, and other members of Finance. This role has significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and evolution of the company.

  • Location: Remote with the possibility of 1 or 2 travel requirements per year (Required to work from any location within the USA.)
  • Reports to: Director, Finance @ Renovation Brands.
  • Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations for optimizing profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain KPI metrics to support strategic planning (pricing, cost optimization, labor efficiency modeling)
  • Prepare variance reports, determine progress against budgets, and call out risks and opportunities within the P&L.
  • Communicate the state of the business (the “what” and the “why”) to key audiences in the organization.
  • Collaborate cross functionally (e.g. work with Marketing team to effectively allocate our media spend; partner with Supply Chain to optimize inventory and material purchases).
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and incorporate learnings into the forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Evolve the business intelligence platform to improve reporting and analysis.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to inform business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis is a must have.
  • Experience with manufacturing industries and/or small business environments is a plus.
  • DTC ecommerce experience is a plus.
  • Financial modeling and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Excel to work efficiently with large amounts of data.
  • Experience with NetSuite and PowerBI preferred.
  • Willing to work Eastern time zone hours.
  • Candidates must be over 18 years old to be considered.
