We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Marketing & E-Commerce to join our leadership team. This individual will drive the development and execution of our marketing & e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and growth targets.

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and results-driven Vice President of Marketing & E-Commerce to join our leadership team. This role is instrumental in shaping and executing our marketing and digital strategy, strengthening our brand presence, and delivering a best-in-class consumer journey across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, inclusive of paid search, paid social, organic social, email/SMS, SEO, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and direct mail to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build and evolve a brand identity that resonates emotionally with our consumers
- Lead integrated campaign planning, tightly coordinating across product development, inventory, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless, compelling brand narrative.
- Ensure the consumer experience across all digital platforms is best in class.
E-Commerce Management:
- Partner with the Director of E-Commerce to build and manage a best-in-class digital experience, optimizing conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and profitability.
- Continuously refine the e-commerce roadmap to embody our brand.
Creative Leadership:
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to deliver bold, beautiful, brand-right creative assets across all marketing channels.
- Ensure our visual storytelling captivates our target audience and consistently reflects our brand.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across creative, digital product management, CRM, paid media, and e-commerce operations.
- Foster a collaborative environment across Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Consumer Experience teams—ensuring every touchpoint works in harmony.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic insights and contributing to broader business initiatives.
Analytics & Performance Measurement:
- Champion a data-driven marketing culture by utilizing analytics to optimize campaign performance, consumer journeys, and media spend.
- Drive a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement through advanced attribution methodologies, lift testing, and media mix modeling.
- Build marketing strategies rooted in performance, creativity, and consumer insight—fueling sustainable and profitable growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP, Director, or similar) in a consumer goods business, preferably with a B2B and DTC sales channel.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in a D2C environment through strategic marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to pivot between high-level strategic work and hands-on execution.
- Experience managing creative teams directly or as a strong cross-functional partner.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, attribution, and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, and BI tools.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
