Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated New Product Development - Production Integration Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that new products are seamlessly integrated into our production processes, aligning with our strategic goals and maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development Oversight: Lead the integration of new products into the production environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain.
2. Process Optimization: Analyze and refine production processes to accommodate new product specifications, ensuring scalability and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Project Management: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between product development teams and production operations, facilitating communication and addressing any challenges that arise during the integration process.
5. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with new product introductions and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on production schedules and quality.
6. Training and Support: Provide training and support to production staff on new product specifications and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to best practices.
7. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of new product integrations and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, production management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful new product launches.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
