Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. The FP&A Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions within the organization. This role involves working closely with senior management to develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability. The FP&A Manager will lead a team of financial analysts to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track performance against budget and forecast.
3. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
4. Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.
5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic initiatives.
6. Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to assess business performance.
7. Lead the annual budgeting process and provide guidance on financial targets.
8. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Heavy experience with NetSuite and PowerBI
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
