Job Overview:

Are you passionate about prospecting and growing your relationships? As a Sales Executive on the Pool Resellers Team, your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, coupled with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation, will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales success. At Ledge, your career isn’t just a job – it’s a journey of continuous elevation and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and database management to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  2. Engage in Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to targeted prospects to introduce the company's products or services, establish rapport, and schedule meetings.
  3. Handle Warm Leads: Follow up on warm leads provided by marketing efforts or inbound inquiries, effectively qualifying prospects and guiding them through the sales process.
  4. Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to showcase the company's offerings, emphasizing value propositions and benefits to meet customer needs.
  5. Understand Customer Needs: Listen actively to prospects' requirements, pain points, and preferences to tailor product recommendations and effectively address objections.
  6. Negotiate and Close Sales: Collaborate with potential clients, negotiate pricing, terms, and contract details to successfully close deals and achieve sales targets.
  7. Maintain CRM and Sales Reports: Accurately track sales activities, update customer information in the CRM system, and provide regular sales reports to management.
  8. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to share market insights, best practices, and coordinate efforts to maximize overall sales performance.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with cold calling and handling warm leads is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects, deliver compelling sales pitches, and communicate product benefits clearly
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to navigate through objections and close deals effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with prospects, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to sales
  • Experience in a lifestyle brand is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm, nights and weekends as needed
