Job Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you will manage our multi-faceted social strategy across multiple brands and platforms, create dynamic content, and oversee the customer experience on social media. You will be a member of our dynamic marketing team and work alongside colleagues in marketing, creative, and digital to strategize, collaborate, and establish Ledge as a world-class brand. Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation: Align with the marketing calendar and overall business objectives to create eye-catching, highly engaging content, while also capitalizing on trends, current events, and real-time opportunities. You are as comfortable directing creatives to produce content that aligns with social trends as you are picking up your camera and capturing moments that bring the Ledge brand to life.
  2. Social Strategy: You will help define goals, objectives, voice, and creative campaigns for each unique platform, and continually evolve our strategies as the social media landscape evolves. You will be the thought leader and the go-to person on the team for all things related to social, including keeping a pulse on customer perception and feedback.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including but not limited to creative designers and copywriters, marketing channel owners, and digital strategists, as well as customer service and public relations to ensure that social is an integral part of Ledge’s brand and customer experience. Serve as an internal brand ambassador, educating others on customer trends, feedback, and what it means to live the #ledgelife
  4. Community Management: Ensure all Ledge customers have a world-class experience, particularly by helping customers connect to our customer service teams in a timely manner, addressing comments and questions that come in via social, and fostering community through connection and engagement with all fans and partners.
  5. Social Analytics: Measure and provide meaningful insights on all social activity including both upper and lower funnel activities to key stakeholders throughout the organization. Optimize content to our channel specific KPI’s.
Requirements

  • 3-5 year’s experience managing consumer-facing social channels
  • Superior communication and storytelling skills, through written and visual communication
  • Organized and resourceful with strong attention to detail
  • Lives and breathes all things social media, stays up to date and ahead of the curve on media trends, pop culture, and lifestyle topics
  • Solid understanding of what makes content relevant, engaging, and click-worthy
  • Ability to continuously innovate and evolve in order to keep our customers engaged and entertained
  • A customer-focused attitude, always making the client the priority
  • Passionate about driving content, community, and commerce
  • Personable, approachable, and outgoing with an ability to collaborate with and influence key stakeholders in the organization
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting company values.

  • Open to working nights and weekends, as social media is always on

Salary Description
$60,000 - $80,000
