We are looking for a versatile, innovative self-starter with experience in ecommerce or sales who can manage a variety of inter-departmental projects like live sales, social media, paid advertising creatives, video, photography and content development. The right candidate is customer and sales obsessed and has experience creating and managing a smooth project flow. The candiate should also enjoy working with a diverse team.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Marketing and Sales teams
- Oversee the creation, publication, and performance of our content and marketing initiatives
- Manage and collaborate with internal and external creators to publish content that is consistent with our brand strategy and initiatives.
- Act as the connector for our product marketers and contentent creators to the marketing, merchandising and buying teams.
- Manage a team of content creators, ensuring a consistently high product for our customers.
- Manage the editorial calendar with a clear, consistent process for getting content created, scheduled, and published. You’ll support other team members by creating streamlined workflows and collaborating with channel owners.
- Oversee the growth of our organic social channels
- Hire, lead and manage a talented team of both internal and external contributors
- 5-7 years of experience managing Marketing Operations or Marketing for an Online Enterprise
- Deep understanding of social platforms.
- Experience managing a team.
- Passion for the brand and our customer
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels
- Strong experience with a variety of content types including social, short/long form, and interactive/digital
- Uses analytics to guide decisions and recommendations for long-term content roadmap - push for continuous improvement to support content goals
- Strong project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams, as well as outside agencies
