Filly Flair is an established and rapidly growing online women’s clothing boutique on the edge of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our fast paced, growing business.
This position would report directly to the warehouse manager and would assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the inventory and receiving departing. This is a full time position.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations for the inventory and receiving departments.
- Help manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires
- Receive inventory from inbound truck coming to the warehouse.
- Match packing list information to actual packed merchandise.
- Measure and weigh and record items for inventory.
- Enter products into software programs.
- Label, tag, and package necessary items.
- Move and organize inventory to assigned areas for shipping.
- Verify computations against physical count of stock. Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
- Pull items from inventory for online orders
- Pull items for other departments.
- Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
- Help with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required for full-time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
- Willing to travel to the Crooks/Renner exit to work
- Applicants must have unrestricted right to work in US
- Physical demands: able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, climb a ladder, and movements such as push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
