About the role of Senior Manager, Paid Social:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager, Paid Social to help with the execution, optimization, and advancement of paid social campaigns across our portfolio of e-commerce brands. In this role, you will operate as a subject-matter expert contributing to shaping strategy, managing large-scale budgets, and driving performance across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, a proven track record of scaling paid social programs, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy. While this role does not include direct people management, you will serve as a senior individual contributor working cross-functionally with brand leaders, creative teams, and agencies to influence outcomes and elevate performance across the portfolio.

This role is central to driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through high-impact campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), while expanding into new platforms as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, with expansion into TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Act as the in-house paid social expert, advising portfolio brand teams on best practices, performance benchmarks, and innovation opportunities.
  • Manage significant paid media budgets, ensuring efficiency and ROI while balancing short- and long-term growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with brand teams and agencies to shape creative direction, brief new campaigns, and guide testing roadmaps.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily; proactively identify opportunities to optimize bids, targeting, placements, and creative.
  • Design and lead structured A/B and multivariate testing to drive continuous improvement in CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align campaigns with key initiatives such as product launches, seasonal promotions, and category growth strategies.
  • Create clear, data-driven reporting with actionable insights for both portfolio brands and internal leadership.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, tools, and algorithm changes, ensuring our portfolio maintains a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads Manager; experience with TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid social budgets.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategy.
  • Experience guiding creative development for paid social, with an eye for what drives performance.
  • Highly organized, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A self-starter with strong ownership mentality, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action.
