馃摲 About the role of Paid Social Manager:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Paid Social Manager to join our marketing team and support the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple portfolio brands. You will play a hands-on role in campaign execution, data analysis, creative strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with performance-driven thinking and creativity.

This role is central to driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through high-impact campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), while testing and expanding into new platforms as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

路 Plan, execute, and support the optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with potential to expand into TikTok, Pinterest, etc.

路 Collaborate with brand teams and agencies to develop and deliver compelling creative assets and copy that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.

路 Manage the content calendar and timelines for campaign execution, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, creative partners, and external vendors.

路 Monitor campaign pacing and performance daily to ensure alignment with revenue, efficiency, and profit goals; proactively recommend or implement optimizations in bids, targeting, or creative.

路 Conduct structured A/B testing of creative, copy, and landing pages, and contribute actionable insights through regular campaign reporting and performance analysis.

路 Partner with stakeholders to align campaigns with product launches, category strategies, and seasonal promotions; help define audience targeting strategies in collaboration with the Director of Paid Social.

路 Use project management tools to coordinate deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and keep campaigns on track across multiple brands.

路 Support influencer marketing initiatives by identifying relevant creators, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring content supports campaign and brand objectives.

路 Contribute to innovation across the paid social program by identifying new platform opportunities, tools, or creative approaches that could benefit the portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage paid social campaigns end-to-end with a strong understanding of platform nuances.
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams or agencies on content development.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating it into clear recommendations.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and performance dashboards a plus.
  • A self-starter with strong ownership mentality, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
