What We're Looking For

We are continuously seeking finance leaders who bring a strategic and analytical mindset to scaling businesses. Ideal backgrounds include:

• Experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent within a high-growth, e-commerce, or consumer brand—ideally with private equity sponsorship.
• Strong command of accounting, FP&A, and strategic finance.
• A proven ability to build and lead finance teams, establish financial infrastructure, and partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Comfort navigating the unique challenges of scaling businesses, driving profitability, and preparing for outcomes ranging from organic growth to M&A or exit events.
