This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of industries, engaging directly with our e- commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities coupled with a results oriented mindset that is geared to identifying opportunities while working closely with business leaders.
The right person will be strategic and have strong project management skills. In this role you will need to be capable of integrating deeply with e-commerce site management through a test-and-learn methodology which includes competencies in analysis, ideation / prioritization, and quantification of test contribution to the bottom line. The role involves creation of testing roadmaps, site analyses, test and digital ecommerce data reports and analyses, managing regular communication internal to Digital Fuel and with portfolio companies.
This position reports to the E-commerce Sr. Director at Digital Fuel Capital.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership over regular internal and external communication
- Review data and associated website information to diagnose user friction points, posit and prioritize possible solutions in partnership with our portfolio company teams
- Monitor performance of A/B tests then present findings
- Partner with internal UX/UI Design and Development on A/B tests, concept through completion
- Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and analysts to conceive, design, and deliver brilliant solutions to our customers
- Build internal CRO team and capabilities
- Establish and/or maintain key testing program documents
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a business setting working on e-commerce sites or A/B testing in some way
- Ability to work quickly and independently, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to think critically to concieve hypothesis driven solutions based on real business problems
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience designing in an A/B testing process using tools such as Optimizely or Google Optimize other similar tools
- Experience in Google Analytics, Jira, and presentation software
- Fluency in digital KPIs
