Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Team. This role will sit within our center of excellence and be responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment for new hires at Digital Fuel Capital as well as across the portfolio, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to drive the success of our businesses. Most of the time spent recruiting will be for portfolio company roles. These roles will range from IC to Executive level roles. The ideal candidate has experience running end to end recruitment at the executive level, has incredibly high standards, is research obsessed and a self-starter.
- Collaborate with portfolio company & Digital Fuel leadership teams to understand talent requirements and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job description development, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various channels to source candidates, such as Crunchbase & LinkedIn
- Act as a strategic partner, advising on best practices, market trends, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles within portfolio companies, ensuring a proactive approach to recruitment.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates and maintain a network of industry professionals for future opportunities.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies' leadership teams to develop clear and measurable scorecards for each role, outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Ensure alignment between the recruitment process and the defined scorecards, enabling effective evaluation of candidates against the company's strategic goals.
- Enhance the employer brand of portfolio companies & Digital Fuel, promoting a positive image and ensuring a compelling value proposition to attract top talent.
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to track recruitment performance, assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to portfolio companies' leadership teams, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
- Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with sourcing and research as needed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within private equity, venture capital, or executive search firms.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for various roles, including executive and leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and legal regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent acquisition tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates within agreed-upon timelines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
