Covet by Christos is a luxury e-commerce and entertainment business that turns buying luxury into a shared, interactive experience. Through our media network of live shows, we enable fashion-forward consumers to discover unique, authentic items in an engaging, community-oriented, and fun way. Every item sold is guaranteed to be of the highest quality, so customers can shop with confidence, knowing they’re receiving genuine luxury products. Currently, our live shows are hosted on Instagram, but we’re building a groundbreaking platform to redefine the luxury live shopping experience and connect with consumers worldwide. As the Brand Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of creating this unique experience.

The Brand Assistant will work directly with Christos Garkinos, CEO and Founder of Covet by Christos, as the CEO’s trusted partner and support across all aspects of the business. You will play a pivotal role in strategic initiatives, daily operations, and ongoing projects, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of a dynamic, fast-growing luxury business. This role is ideal for an aspiring CEO looking to immerse themselves in the world of luxury, e-commerce, and community-driven brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support across all Covet by Christos (CBC) business areas as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for new business initiatives.
• Manage host and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Oversee Whatnot and shoe product categories.
• Assist the CEO in executing company strategies and directives.
• Support the CEO with upcoming book launch activities.
• Contribute to marketing and creative strategies to drive brand engagement.
• Collaborate with financial and accounting teams on budgeting and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Based on the West Coast (PST); Los Angeles preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the fashion and retail industry is a plus.
