About the role of Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social:

Boutique Brands is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will assist the marketing teams at each brand in managing and implementing paid marketing strategies across digital platforms and channels with a heavy emphasis on Facebook and Instagram ads. You will be responsible for the execution of high volume paid social campaigns, reporting and analysis of campaigns, writing relevant ad copy, developing creative assets, and guiding visitors to appropriate landing pages to meet or beat revenue and profit goals. Though the primary focus will be on Meta Ads, you will be looked to test and expand our paid marketing program into new platforms.

This role will report to the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing and is fully remote. You'll have the opportunity to create your own strategy, with the freedom to execute and optimize campaigns for multiple brands. Paid Social is a high priority channel tasked with delivering growth for the entire business. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical individual who thinks strategically but stays on top of tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms across multiple brands

• Elevate performance through effective use of bidding tactics and campaign structure

• Report on campaign performance based on business goals, ultimately delivering insightful commentary to the broader team

• Monitor spend and performance daily to meet budget, profit, efficiency and other goals

• Work with brand leads to understand category needs and align campaigns to the overarching marketing and promotions calendar

• Plan, implement, and measure A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and strategies with a focus on statistical significance

• Collaborate with internal, cross-functional partners to strengthen the paid social program, such as product selection, creative execution, landing page optimizations, feed optimizations and more

• Stay up to date with current paid social standards and guidelines. Audit paid social marketing functionality against best practice and help define a clear roadmap for optimization and long term growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or related field preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in a paid social marketing role in a high-growth environment, preferably ecommerce or agency managing ecommerce

• Deep familiarity with Facebook Ads platform required

• A love of data and attention to detail - highly organized and analytical

• Familiarity with Paid Search/Display/Pinterest/TikTok/Snapchat is a plus

• Ability to give input and recommendations on budget investments

• Intermediate skills In Excel (vlookups, pivots tables and more)

• Ability to digest and effectively communicate complicated sets of data

• Proficiency in Google Analytics

• Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including skilled copywriting abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, juggling multiple competing tasks and demands
