Artful Home is looking for a Patternmaker to bring our women’s apparel designs to life, from first pattern to production-ready. If you’re detail-obsessed, fluent in Gerber, and love the precision of getting the fit just right, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be the backbone of our sample process. Creating, revising, and finalizing patterns for knit and woven styles, while partnering closely with the product development team to make sure every sample is accurate, on-spec, and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Create first patterns and pattern cards digitally in Gerber, working from tech packs and specs
- Revise patterns based on fit notes to dial in fit across knit and woven styles
- Finalize sample patterns and prepare them for marking and grading
- Cut fabric accurately to patterns to keep the sample queue moving
- Prepare fully graded patterns for photo samples and production, and build markers based on production orders
