- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years as a Creative Director or Associate Creative Director
- Proven success managing a multi-discipline team across writing, design, and art direction
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into creative execution across omni-channel brands
- Deep photographic and art direction expertise — casting models, guiding ideation, building sets, and directing on set, ideally with mastery of apparel
- Fluency directing AI-generated and AI-assisted imagery within brand voice and constraints, plus confidence evaluating and managing AI production partners
- Comfort interpreting paid social, email, and retention metrics — able to act on results, not just execute and hand off
