Guild Brands looking for a Specialized Operations Manager to be the operational backbone connecting our external logistics partners to every department across our companies Artful Home and Uno Alla Volta. You'll own our third-party logistics (3PL) relationship end to end, negotiate the freight contracts that move our products around the world, and lead the traffic managers.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on detail, moves with urgency, and knows that great logistics is ultimately about delivering for customers, partners, and artists alike.

Responsibilities:

• Own the 3PL relationship. Manage the day-to-day partnership—reviewing and approving invoices, tracking SLAs and non-compliance fees, providing forecasts, and coordinating SOWs, SOPs, and any reporting or technology changes.
• Manage facilities. Oversee lease and building-related matters across all Guild Brands locations, including repairs and maintenance, and keep facility vendors accountable to the same standards.
• Negotiate and secure freight. Lock in brokerage and carrier contracts for domestic and international inbound shipments, artist-to-consumer drop shipments, and consumer returns—always with an eye toward freight and expense savings.
• Build and own the budget. Develop annual operating and freight budgets from fees, historical data, and sales forecasts. Track spend against benchmarks and surface cost-saving opportunities.
• Align stakeholders. Serve as the liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, the 3PL, and other external vendors.
• Lead the team. Mentor and develop the UAV and Artful Home traffic managers—holding them accountable for accurate, timely, and compliant execution while maintaining high morale and a collaborative environment.
