Senior Product Manager (Womens Apparel)

Artful Home is looking for a team player, who appreciates what we do, to join our Design and Product Development team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy, managing the entire product life cycle from concept to production, while collaborating with design, technical design, merchandising, sourcing and production teams. This includes managing pre-production development to include pattern making, marker and grading, sewing, and the in-studio sample room; the calendar of our apparel line, ensuring quality, margin, and brand standards are met across all collections; budgets and strategies to align with brand vision; and apparel design in the development of samples for proprietary, seasonal clothing collections for five seasons annually to achieve strategic organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in product development, fashion design, or a related field is preferred.

Five (5) plus years of direct experience managing a product development apparel studio and team. Apparel experience is required.

Knowledge of garment construction, fabric development, costing, and global sourcing.

Experience with product development software and fundamental tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Gerber systems, Gerber Marker and Grading.

Requires industry knowledge, strong vendor relationships, and a proven ability to meet deadlines and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
