About This Position:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator to manage the tactical execution of our online product catalogs, website merchandising, promotional campaigns, and cross-functional marketing projects across our portfolio of home renovation brands (American Tin Ceilings, Baseboarders, Reggio Registers, Madelyn Carter and Vent Covers Unlimited). This role combines hands-on ecommerce execution with project coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives on process, precision, and keeping multiple workstreams organized across teams.
- Location: 100% Remote. (Required to work from any location within the USA.)
- Reports to: Senior Director of Merchandising
- Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).
- Shift: Full-time, M-F, 1st shift. Overtime eligible.
What You’ll Do:
E-Commerce Site Merchandising (60%)
- Set up new products across brand websites, ensuring accurate specifications, imagery, and descriptions.
- Execute promotional campaigns including setup, scheduling, and site updates.
- Implement pricing updates across multiple platforms with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain product listings with current information, imagery, and merchandising best practices.
- Update site content including inspiration galleries and featured product imagery.
- Monitor competitive landscape for ecommerce merchandising trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance productivity, inform decision-making, and continuously improve processes within the scope of the role.
Digital Marketing Support (20%)
- Create and schedule Pinterest pins using provided Canva templates.
- Distribute video content across platforms (reposting Instagram Reels to TikTok and YouTube).
- Respond to customer comments and messages on social media channels.
- Upload and organize digital assets in DAM (Digital Asset Management) system.
Marketing & Merchandising Project Coordination (20%)
- Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives across product, merchandising, creative, and external partners.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, and quarterly tickets in Airtable with clear ownership and status tracking.
- Coordinate campaign operations, including asset delivery, approvals, and go-live execution.
- Document and streamline workflows to build repeatable, scalable processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, online retail, marketing coordination, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ecommerce platform (Shopify, Amazon, Wayfair) - we'll train you on ours.
- Demonstrated project coordination or task management experience, such as marketing, operations, events, customer success, or any role where you kept multiple people/tasks organized.
- Strong comfort level with spreadsheets, data entry, and managing detailed information.
- Experience with basic design tools (Canva preferred, but willingness to learn is most important).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok).
- Proven organizational skills with managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Comfort adopting and integrating AI tools into daily workflows, with a proactive mindset toward leveraging emerging technologies to drive efficiency and better outcomes.
Nice To Have:
- Background in home improvement, building products, B2B e-commerce, or manufacturing.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Airtable, Teams Planner).
- Understanding of ecommerce SEO and product listing optimization.
- Prior experience coordinating across multiple teams or departments.
- Customer service or customer-facing communication experience.
