About the Role:
Baseboarders™ is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented team player, who can efficiently multi-task daily sales and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
This position reports to the Inside Sales & Service Manager for our Baseboarders™ brand.
- Location: Florence, AL.
- Hourly Salary Rate: $17.50 - $19.50 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range.)
- Bonus Potential: Monthly sales commissions based on company performance.
- Hours: 40 hours, full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Hybrid Work Structure: Remote 3 days per week, On-site 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting professionally with our customer base via chat, phone and email.
- Developing customer relationships through project recommendations, quotes and prompt follow-up of all sales opportunities.
- Thinking outside of the box to help customers find solutions using our products for their project needs / unique requirements.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals.
- Responding well under pressure while multi-tasking responsibilities.
- Communicating with the goal of assuring customers that their project is in good hands.
- Effective communication with team members to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Ability to take full ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision required.
- Being a self-motivated person striving to go the extra mile.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with renovation / construction project sales and customer service.
- College degree is preferred, but applicable experience may be considered.
- Excellent follow-up skills for assigned responsibilities are a must.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and NetSuite is required.
- Shopify experience is a major plus.
